If for any reason you need to exchange an unwanted item, simply contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will only offer you an exchange or refund providing that the goods are in perfect condition and have all their original labeling and packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging.

For hygienic purposes, some products are non-returnable – these products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description. We will always state clearly any imperfections in the product descriptions. If items are worn prior to sending back for refund or exchange, there will be No Refund Or Exchanged.


 The parcel and it's contents are, however your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request a proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit. Please note that if you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, the cost of returning it is at your expense.

Please note that returns or exchanges received outside the stated timescale of 14 days will not be accepted.

Prices are subject to change without notice, therefore price adjustments will not be given at the time of change. 

We can only accept returns of Righteous Saints Apparel TM products that were purchased from RIGHTEOUSSAINTS.BIGCATEL.COM, we can not accept returns of RIGHTEOUS SAINTS APPAREL TM products that were purchased from another online store or shop.
